The mission of the Information Services Help Desk is to provide the students, faculty and staff of Kentucky Wesleyan College an effective, primary point of contact for timely and consistent response to computer and technology-related issues and requests.

acknowledgement within 24 hours, or on weekends and holidays by the next business day.
