| People from many towns around Ptuj were participating in the Kurentovanje Festival Parade. We learned this from a young man behind us. You will see his picture later. | ![]() |

This is Marko and his mom. They came from Vid to see the parade. Marko was behind us and told us the significance of some of the activities. He is 16 years old and aspires to be a Koranti someday. He has not made a decision about the future course of his education. |
