At the Chinese restaurant our waitress was very nice. She helped us select several tasty dishes. Four Flavors, shrimp and vegetables, and orange chicken were the choices. |

| This building is the Slovene National Philharmonic . It is currently being renovated, but it looks quite pretty in the snow. Nancy likes the trees with their beautiful snowy crust. | ![]() |

Tina, Zdewea, and Peter work at the Photo Tivoli. It is only a few blocks from the embassy and the bus stop. Besides preparing our pictures quickly, the have been very nice to us. Peter has given us some tourist advice. about visiting the Skocjan caves and the disappearing lake, Lake Cerknica. It is a polje or a field above a collapsed karst cavern that is full of sinkholes. When these underground caves can't handle excessive rain or snow melt, the lake appears. |
