Professor Raju Chenna
Associate Professor of Business and Economics
Professor Raju Chenna received his B.S. and M.B.A. from Western New Mexico University. He became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1990 (Kentucky State Board of Accountancy). Chenna has worked as a senior internal auditor at Founders Bank in Oklahoma City, OK, and as an accounting supervisor at Local Federal Savings & Loans, also in Oklahoma City. He is a member of the American Institute of CPA's, Kentucky Society of CPA's, and the Cultural Society of India.

Professor Debra R. Hunter
Associate Professor of Accounting
Professor Hunter received her B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Louisiana College. She completed her M.B.A. at Baylor University and her Doctorate of Business Administration from Louisiana Tech University.

Dr. K. Garth-James (AKA: Garth-Lewis) is Professor and Director, Policy & Public Service Program, Kentucky Wesleyan College in Kentucky. She has 20 years of public service experience. Dr. Garth-James has spent more the last 4 years with nonprofits as policy consultant in California, working with adult education organizations as well as violence against immigrant/refugee women in shelters. Formerly adjunct professor, USF-College of Professional Studies (criminal justice and public policy and administration); authored publications on policy and criminal justice reform; and, international speaker on education and prison industries in Latin America, Ireland, England (Oxford) and Canada. Formerly a staff advisor for the Senate Joint Legislative Prisons and Penal Code Committees; representative for the Disproportionate Minority Confinement Program, Governor’s Office of Criminal Justice Planning; state coordinator for Jail Education, California Department of Education.; and, recipient of numerous awards including the YWCA Outstanding Women’s Award Government and Law, International Ambassador’s Award and a California Resolution. Dr. Garth-James is a graduate of USF (biological sciences), Golden Gate University (MPA; Doctorate in Public Administration) and has continuing education units in public policy and education as well as MCLE units in sexual assault.

Joseph L. Francom
Associate Professor of Computer Information Systems
Joseph Francom recieved his B.S. and M.S. from Utah State University. Francom is currently working towards a PhD in Computer Science/Computer Engineering at the University of Louisville..
